KFC Emerald Hills was a new build on a virgin site, but not without its challenges!
Starting in September, this site was due to be open before Christmas, so of course, we hit solid rock during excavation, and the heavens opened with weeks of rain.
We soldiered on, and opened on 21st December 2018, just in time for Santa!
